DS-7C automatic wing needle, bag closing head machine is specially designed to operate as an integrated part of a sealing system such as the NEWLONG KS sealers. This unique filled bag closer machine features continuous motion feeding. The timed needle moves in epicyclical rotations as the bag passes through the filled bag sewing machine. Power driven feed rollers ensure accurate feeding of the bag and avoid damage to the bag top sometimes caused by a feed dog. Upon exit of the bag, a built-in air cylinder driven guillotine style cutter will automatically cut the thread and crepe tape
